Bought this for my hubbys commute. It’s big, he can carry all of his things with room to spare, and I’m amazed that they can use this much leather for the price. The leather itself is soft with a beautiful natural pattern. It’s obviously very high quality, better than most of my handbags in fact! Bag arrived in two days, and it was a nice touch to provide a lovely white storage bag. I thought you only got these with Manolo Blahniks! All in all, very happy indeed.

Just received my Strabo messenger bag and I’m blown away with the quality. Beautifully thick leather with a lovely interior with lots of pockets, Even one on the inside of the flap. I can tell straight away this bag will last for a very long time and in many years to come will be worth repairing and become even a family heirloom. Big enough to fit everything you need this will be my everyday bag, my going out bag and its even big and stylish enough to serve as my hand luggage bag. Accessories eg keying, storage bag and oil are a great touch. if you are looking for a leather messenger bag don’t look elsewhere as you wont find better. very pleased I found and bought this.

This bag is as good as you will find at any price. If it were sold in a shop, you would pay at least 3 times the price, and consider it a great deal.
I know, because I spent more than 3 weeks searching the internet, and as I have too much time on my hands and am somewhat obsessive, it was a very solid 3 weeks. I accumulated quite an education on leather in the process.
Don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but there are no fewer than 20 descriptive terms for leather out there. (Some of them are straight out made up). I received trustworthy information from other highly regarded companies, that Full Grain leather is the highest quality, best lasting, leather for this purpose.
All that said, the craftsmanship on my bag is impeccable. The pockets are plentiful, well thought out, and nicely finished. The shoulder strap seems it would work for the shortest (I am 5 feet, 2 inches) or tallest person. The hardware and it’s attachments are super sturdy.
The bag itself is double-stitched and made of very hefty yet supple leather. It won’t require a lot of care, and if you treat it reasonably well, I doubt you will ever need to replace it. This is an item that will only get better with use and time.
Finally, the personal service I received from Heathbold was fantastic. All of my many questions were answered promptly and courteously by the very owner of the company. Delivery was very fast, maybe 3 days, even though I live in the States.
Oh, and it should not go unsaid that the company’s sensitivity toward our environment is very refreshing, and added to my satisfaction with the company.
I only wish I had reason to buy more!

Husband is absolutely delighted with his early Christmas present. The stitching is beautiful, product is well thought through with number of pockets etc and ability to carry a good size laptop. Leather grain is lovely and smells amazing. Delivery was very prompt as well. 5 stars all round
